On June 9, 2026, we completed the installation and commissioning of a reciprocating bus wash machine at Tianjin Port, and the equipment was officially put into use.
Port scenarios have special requirements for large vehicle washing. Terminal trucks, freight trucks and port working vehicles operate on port roads and in yards for long periods, easily accumulating salt spray, mud and dust, which affects vehicle appearance as well as port hygiene and road conditions. The reciprocating bus wash machine installed at Tianjin Port mainly serves terminal trucks, freight vehicles, port working vehicles and visiting large vehicles. It supports automatic sensor start and unmanned operation, covering high-pressure pre-wash, foam cleaning, multi-brush three-dimensional washing, wax polishing and air drying, with a single wash taking about 3 minutes, matching the fast turnover of port vehicles.
Compared with manual washing, the reciprocating bus wash machine is easier to manage in a port environment. Its standardized operation provides better coverage and reduces water waste and uneven washing, and it requires no dedicated staff, making it easy to include in port vehicle access management or back-office cleaning processes, helping improve vehicle cleanliness and overall port environment management.
