On July 31, 2026, we completed the installation and commissioning of a reciprocating bus wash machine at Zhapu Sanitation Company in Pinghu, Jiaxing, Zhejiang, and the equipment was officially put into use.
Sanitation vehicles carry out road sweeping and waste collection for long hours, so their bodies easily collect mud, oil stains, dust and odors. Traditional manual washing is labor intensive, uses a lot of water and often produces uneven results. The reciprocating bus wash machine supplied to Zhapu Sanitation Company is used for daily exit washing and regular deep cleaning of sanitation vehicles. It supports automatic sensor start and unmanned operation, covering high-pressure pre-wash, foam cleaning, multi-brush three-dimensional washing, wax polishing and air drying, with a single wash taking about 3 minutes, matching the concentrated and batch washing rhythm of sanitation fleets.
Compared with manual washing, the machine offers clear advantages in sanitation scenarios. It fits tall and large sanitation vehicles with better coverage, standardizes the process to reduce water waste and incomplete cleaning, and requires no dedicated staff, making it easy to include in daily vehicle scheduling while improving vehicle cleanliness and the overall image of the sanitation team.
