On June 5, 2026, we completed the installation and commissioning of a reciprocating bus wash machine at a construction and decoration waste transfer center in Suzhou Industrial Park, Jiangsu, and the equipment was officially put into use.
The center handles collection, sorting, storage and transfer of construction and decoration waste. Most incoming and outgoing vehicles are muck trucks, waste collection trucks and other large engineering vehicles, which easily carry mud, dust and dirt, placing high demands on exit washing and daily cleaning. The reciprocating bus wash machine installed here mainly serves internal collection vehicles, working vehicles and visiting large vehicles. It supports automatic sensor start and unmanned operation, covering high-pressure pre-wash, foam cleaning, multi-brush three-dimensional washing, wax polishing and air drying, with a single wash taking about 3 minutes, matching the high turnover of vehicles at peak times.
Compared with manual washing, the reciprocating bus wash machine offers clear advantages in a transfer center. It fits tall and long engineering vehicles with better coverage, standardizes the process to reduce water waste and incomplete washing, and requires no dedicated staff, making it easy to include in daily site management and improve vehicle cleanliness and site environment control.
