In June 2026, we completed the installation and commissioning of a reciprocating bus wash machine at Xiangyang Qunlong Auto Parts Co., Ltd., located at No. 7 Shenzhen Avenue, Shenzhen Industrial Park, Xiaowan Subdistrict, Xiangzhou District, Xiangyang, Hubei, and the equipment was officially put into use.
As an auto parts manufacturer, the company sees a large number of parts transport trucks, logistics vehicles and visiting large vehicles in addition to staff commuter cars and business vehicles. The reciprocating bus wash machine installed here mainly serves freight trucks, logistics vehicles, working vehicles and visiting large vehicles inside the plant. It supports automatic sensor start and unmanned operation, covering high-pressure pre-wash, foam cleaning, multi-brush three-dimensional washing, wax polishing and air drying, with a single wash taking about 3 minutes, matching peak vehicle traffic at the plant.
For manufacturing companies, providing washing facilities for large vehicles meets the daily cleaning needs of internal logistics fleets and helps improve plant hygiene and external image. Compared with manual washing, the reciprocating machine runs more consistently, uses water more efficiently and needs no dedicated staff, making it easy to include in back-office or gate management and offering convenient washing for internal and visiting vehicles.
