This project installed a reciprocating unattended car wash machine at the Sinopec Jinqiao Gas Station in Huarong District, Wuhan City, Hubei Province, aiming to provide fast and convenient fully automatic car washing services for gas station customers, enhance service diversity, and improve customer satisfaction.
The installation site is located in an idle area of the gas station, covering approximately 20 square meters, facilitating vehicle entry and exit. The equipment adopts a reciprocating design, requires no manual operation, and supports multiple payment methods such as QR code payment and membership cards, enabling 24-hour unattended operation.
After installation, the car wash machine serves an average of over 50 vehicles per day, significantly increasing the gas station’s foot traffic and customer dwell time. Customer feedback has been positive, with users praising the efficient washing process and high cleanliness, providing convenience for daily travel.
This case demonstrates that the reciprocating unattended car wash machine has high applicability and benefits in gas station scenarios, effectively integrating resources and promoting service upgrades, offering a reference for automation transformation in similar locations.
